TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via my online shop.
These Terms and Conditions also apply to distance purchases made by other means, e.g. by email, telephone or fax.
2. Contractual partner and customer service
The purchase contract is concluded with Zeolith Produkte GmbH. Further information about us can be found in the imprint. If you have any questions, you can reach us, usually on weekdays, by phone at +49 56 424 07 67 / +49 79 630 16 36 or by email at mail@zeolith-bentonit-versand.ch. If you can't reach us directly, please leave your name and telephone number so we can call you back as soon as possible. Inquiries are usually answered within 2-3 business days.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. Confirmation of order receipt will be sent via an automated email. This email confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the purchase contract.
4. Prices and special offers
Prices are quoted in CHF. VAT, handling, and packaging are included. Shipping costs are charged according to the applicable postal rates.
The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices published in the online shop on the day of the order apply to customers.
Special offers replace the regular price during the offer period and are delivered at a reduced price.
5. Delivery conditions
The delivery will be processed upon receipt of payment.
When the goods are dispatched, the risk passes to the buyer.
Information regarding availability and delivery times is non-binding unless confirmed by us in writing. Subject to availability, delivery is usually within 48 hours. In exceptional cases, it may take 3-5 business days.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by manufacturers or third parties.
6. Liability and Warranty
The buyer must inspect the delivered goods within 24 hours of receipt and report any defects immediately.
The making of payments shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to complain about defects.
If a defect exists, the buyer has the choice of demanding a reduction in the price corresponding to the reduced value or a replacement delivery. The buyer's right to claim damages remains reserved in all cases.
7. Return, revocation or termination of the contract
In principle, the buyer cannot return the ordered goods or demand termination of the contract unless there is a defect (see Section 6). Items ordered by the buyer in error will neither be accepted nor refunded.
8. Payment
Payment is generally possible in the following ways at the customer’s request:
a) Advance payment
b) TWINT (via PayChef)
c) Credit cards (Master, VISA and American Express via PayChef)
e) Apple Pay & Google Pay (via PayChef)
If you choose to pay in advance, the purchase price including postage costs must be transferred to the account of Zeolith Produkte GmbH, Grossackerweg 116, 5705 Hallwil, IBAN CH56 0900 0000 1580 4434 2. If the invoice amount including postage costs has not been received by us within 14 days, the order will be canceled.
For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods.
9. Liability for online connections
9.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring the security of the systems, programs, and data within their control. In their own interest, customers should keep passwords and usernames confidential from third parties.
9.2 The provider shall not be liable for defects and disruptions for which it is not responsible, in particular for security deficiencies and operational failures of third-party companies with which it cooperates or on which it is dependent.
9.3 Furthermore, the Provider shall not be liable for force majeure, improper conduct and disregard of risks on the part of the Customer or third parties, excessive use, unsuitable operating equipment of the Customer or third parties, extreme environmental influences, interventions by the Customer or disruptions by third parties (viruses, worms, etc.) that occur despite the necessary current security precautions.
10. Data protection
The privacy policy under Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer also agrees to the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and additions
The provider expressly reserves the right to adapt these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) to the circumstances at any time and to apply them immediately.
12. Application of law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and their contracts as well as all disputes related thereto are subject to Swiss law
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes against us in connection with the conclusion of the contract, delivery, fulfillment, purchase processing, etc. is the registered office of the company.
